Jeffrey J. Kiener, O.D.

Dr. Kiener graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1989 and is licensed to treat disorders and disease of the visual system. He founded Westerville Eyecare in 1996 to serve Westerville and the surrounding community. Dr. Kiener has a special interest in vision correction, contact lenses, and preventative eye health examinations for adults and children.

Teri Manter, Licensed Dispensing Optician

Teri is licensed by the State of Ohio Board of Opticianry and has extensive experience in the optical field. She specializes in frame fashion consultation and lens design. Teri will work with you to create the perfect pair of glasses for your lifestyle.
